TOS:
- Work is not started or added to queue until payment is received.
- No refunds once work is started.
- Client will receive one WIP photo at the sketch stage where changes can be made.
- No further changes after sketch is approved.
- Commissions typically take 1-3 weeks unless stated otherwise.
